Earlier he attended the United States Naval Academy and served in the United States Marine Corp. Dave has over 20 years of experience in the off-highway heavy equipment industry where he has acquired expertise in new product management, vehicle engineering, laboratory facilities management, and test engineering. His early career includes engineering experience with crane design and manufacturing as well as highway trucks. Dave's professional experience and leadership skills are required assets for his overall responsibilities. His strong personal commitment and vision drive the organization.
