Engineering Group
Our engineering staff is the technical core of the organization and the heart of our true value; they provide the cognitive and creative expertise required for successful engineering development programs. Our Senior Engineers have 20-plus years of in-depth experience in principle areas of engineering, which contributes to our overall technical capabilities. We have real world experience; having worked within a manufacturing environment, our technical team is familiar with machining operations, trouble shooting, prototyping, testing, field installation, and analysis. Our Staff Engineers support the design team by taking a lead role in the technical aspects of our projects and have a full staff of designers to support the engineering project work. The engineering group works closely with the project managers to effectively execute the project plans.

Information Systems
Our information systems people are critical to our success; our customers expect their work to be provided in their primary software system with seamless electronic communication, which we recognize and accommodate. Our staff has excellent practical information systems experience and training supplementing their engineering credentials. Our Manager of Information Systems holds an engineering degree and a Masters Degree in Computer and Information Science.

Projects Group
Our project managers are the performance drivers within the organization. Their primary responsibility is customer satisfaction: providing complete project deliverables within budget and to the schedule. They accomplish this by thoroughly understanding the project scope of supply, closely working with the customer, and focusing the effort of the organization's engineering group.

Sales and Marketing
The sales and marketing people are responsible for all lead generation, customer development, proposal generation, contract review, promotion, and pre-order customer communication. Overall customer satisfaction is monitored through the use of formal surveys and post-project reviews.

Operations
Our operations group is the service and support mechanism that insures a technically competent, equitably treated, and well informed organization. This group handles all of the issues related to human resources, benefits, financial reporting, legal assistance, and facility.
